Role Overview

The position involves providing patient care, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• RN licensure
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of pediatric ICU or ED nursing experience preferred
• Computer and typing skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients
• Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with patients, families, and team members
• Educate patients and families on managing their health and post-treatment care
• Participate in activities that enhance safety, quality, and professional development
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness

Schedule

This is a hybrid role with part-time shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with specific scheduling expectations.
