Clinical Nurse Oncology

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized 30-bed unit focused on female patients, primarily with GYN Oncology issues. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, case managers, social workers, and physicians, to deliver high-acuity, complex interventions such as chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and symptom management.
