Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
• Maintain safety-sensitive standards, working alertly and safely at all times.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Active RN licensure.
• Less than two years of nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Critical care experience preferred.
