Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by working alertly and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Neurosciences or Pediatrics is advantageous.
