Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.Participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual factors.Work in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
