About the Role
Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Maintains alertness and safety awareness in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements
- RN license required
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree; bachelor’s preferred
- No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred
