Clinical Nurse MRI

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Key Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times. Qualifications: Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Licensure as an RN is required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred.Strong IV skills are highly desirable.
