Clinical Nurse MRI

About the role

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Participates in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum.
• Maintains safety and adheres to standards, demonstrating alertness and safe work practices, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: No minimum required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
