The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical operations in the Spine and Pain Clinic, ensuring professional nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN license in Illinois.
• CPR (BLS) and ACLS certification from AHA.
• Preferred: MSN or Master’s in Nursing/Health Admin, with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Management experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and competency in caring for all age groups within the specialty.
