Clinical Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Selinsgrove, PA and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
