About the role

At NewYork‑Presbyterian Westchester in Bronxville, NY (right across from the Metro North Station), this full‑time nights Clinical Nurse Manager – RN – Maternal Child & Pediatrics/NICU role (7:00 pm – 5:00 am) focuses on delivering the highest quality care. You will work with leading healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes, foster a compassionate culture, and lead a team dedicated to excellence in maternal‑child and neonatal care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse
• Clinical expertise within field or specialty
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• BCLS and ACLS certification

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience in Pediatrics
• Experience in NICU
• Experience in Mother‑Baby
• American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification

Pay

Salary range: $145,000–$168,000 per year.

Schedule

Full‑time nights, 7:00 pm – 5:00 am.
