Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - Ortho Unit Location: Arlington Heights, IL Role Overview: Responsible for managing the orthopedic unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality patient care. Supervises staff, develops budgets, and oversees resource allocation. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered services and improve clinical outcomes. Implements policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices while fostering a positive work environment through mentoring and staff development. Addresses patient and staff concerns, promotes continuous quality improvement, and supports staff education and satisfaction.
