About the role
The Clinical Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the Director or Service Coordinator. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff and has twenty-four hour accountability for the assigned department operations.

- Serve as a role model and resource to staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and certified as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN).
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with one year of experience being related to the patient population and/or specialty of the unit.
- Evidenced expertise in clinical judgement and leadership ability.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN required.
- Licensed RN in North Carolina.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with interdisciplinary care coordination.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
