About the role
The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) at Healogics is responsible for coordinating clinical activities in a Wound Care Center. This includes patient care assessment, planning, and implementation, as well as collaborating with other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provides case management to a group of patients, conducting specific assessments and treatments as per protocols and procedures.
- Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities, overseeing clinical staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians.
- Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes.
- Engages in staff development, offering both general and individualized training and support.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Healogics policies.
- If the center offers Vein Care services, coordinates the Vein Clinic and provides necessary care.
- Works with Program Director and Medical Director to achieve quality indicators and performance metrics.
- Performs documentation as a scribe and acts as a chamber operator or emergency chamber operator if trained.
- Supports patient care based on center staffing needs, performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current RN license required.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum requirement, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- One year of RN experience required, with two years preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Wound care certification is preferred.

- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
