About the role
This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership for nursing and clinical support staff.
- Care for patients and assist with patient triage and clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments.
- Support providers during patient visits and clinical procedures.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Mentor nurses and clinical support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentoring.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor infection prevention, medication management, and patient safety practices.
- Assist with budgeting and operational planning.
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum three (3) years of ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
