Role Overview The Clinical Sales Liaison, RN is responsible for patient education, clinical support, and sales within hospital settings. They collaborate with case managers and discharge planners to process home infusion referrals, providing training to patients and caregivers on therapy administration and monitoring. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, conducting educational programs, and ensuring the promotion of infusion services. Key Responsibilities Educate hospital staff, physicians, patients, and caregivers about infusion services.Coordinate home infusion services in partnership with healthcare teams.Provide hands-on patient training and demonstrate therapy procedures.Build and sustain relationships with referral sources and facility accounts.Conduct in-service and educational sessions for healthcare providers.Achieve quarterly revenue and referral targets. Qualifications & Skills Current, unrestricted RN license.At least 2 years of IV-related clinical experience.Experience with laptops/tablets and multitasking.Strong communication and teaching skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Attributes Home healthcare, hospital liaison, or sales experience.Knowledge of infusion nursing standards.Ability to work independently and proactively seek service opportunities.
