About the role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with gastrointestinal and genitourinary conditions in the GI/GU unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications and assist with procedures
- Monitor patient status and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure safe care transitions
- Support inpatient care
