Summary Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence, confidence, and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members across Women's Services and Pediatrics, including Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and Pediatric care areas. Assesses learning needs, develops and leads evidence-based educational programs, supports new hire orientation and specialty onboarding, and promotes clinical excellence, professional growth, and high-quality patient outcomes in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice. Your Role Within The Team Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programsConducts needs assessments and applies evidence‑based educational strategiesSupports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team MembersServes as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staffParticipates in quality improvement initiatives and change managementPerforms appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned Qualifications Required BSN with 3 years of clinical experienceRequires Labor & Delivery, Mom/ Baby or Pediatric experience Preferred Professional organization certificationANPD certification Location: St. Joseph's South Hospital Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: Varies Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
