Preceptor Role

• Assists others in their professional role development, practice role transitions, and succession planning.
• Supports the preceptor program and provides support at the unit level to the preceptor.
• Promotes certification and advanced formal education.

Collaborative Partnership

• Promote a supportive environment for students by collaborating with academic partners for student placement and a positive student experience.

Research/Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)/Quality Improvement (QI)

• Serve as a resource for clinical inquiry process, including identification of potential projects, and/or subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrate a "spirit of inquiry" to support professional curiosity including research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives using the organization’s preferred structure, i.e. PDSA (plan, do, study, act).

Pay Range

$68,132.50 - $119,520.35
