Hiring: Clinical Nurse Director – Mental Health & Addiction Location: Chicago, IL Employment: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Director to lead operations and patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily patient care operations Manage nursing staff, scheduling, performance, orientation, and development Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-care standards Manage staffing levels, budgets, payroll, and cost-effective resource utilization Lead performance improvement and quality initiatives Collaborate with physicians, hospital departments, and leadership Develop and implement department goals and strategic initiatives Serve as a clinical resource and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN required; MSN preferred Previous nursing management experience preferred Active RN License in the State of Illinois – Required Current CPR certification – Required ACLS certification preferred Mental Health or Addictions Nursing certification preferred LCSW preferred Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to manage staffing, budgets, quality, and patient-care operations Skills: behavioral health,nursing management,operations,hiring,health,management,leadership,communication,mental health,patient care
