Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) Neuro Trauma ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized unit. Key Responsibilities: Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination during shifts.Assess and improve the quality of nursing services collaboratively with management.Support a patient-first approach, staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.Serve as a resource and role model for nursing staff, promoting teamwork and clinical excellence.Participate in service recovery and engagement initiatives.Assist with staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 years of Neuro Trauma experience.Certifications including Basic Cardiac Life Support, NIH Stroke Scale, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within specified timeframes.Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
