Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in Neuro PCU delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating unit functions and supporting staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and customize care plans
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Provide coaching and training
- Manage patient assignments
- Mentor new nurses
Qualifications
- Must possess RN licensure
- Must possess a diploma
- Must obtain Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within 30 days
