About the role

The Neuro Progressive Care unit offers comprehensive, advanced care and treatment to minimize the effects of stroke, helping patients recover their health and functioning, and make the most of their capabilities so patients can get back to their lives!

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Aid in admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling assignments and patient rounding.
• Manage a patient care assignment as indicated by patient care needs.
• Opportunity to mentor, lead, and guide new nurses.

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN).

Pay

Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
