Clinical Nurse - Cath Lab (Nights)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within a nursing framework, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Key Responsibilities: Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities supporting safety, quality, and regulatory standards, along with ongoing professional development.Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills, respecting patient values, cultural, and population-specific factors. Qualifications & Skills: RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment. Additional Duties: Support night emergency coverage, assist with other duties, and perform basic assessments during cardiac catheterization procedures, including sedation and post-procedural care. Preferred Experience: ED, ICU, or Cath Lab experience is advantageous.
