Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a 24/7 outpatient clinic setting, primarily focusing on oncology or critical care patients. The role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care, and educating on disease management and post-treatment needs.
