Clinical Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized care plans
• Collaborates with the healthcare team
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs
• Communicates care strategies across the continuum
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient preferences and barriers, ensuring a holistic approach

Qualifications

• Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• Preferred BSN and less than 2 years of experience
• No supervisory experience required
