Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and adjusting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development. Maintains alertness and safety awareness as part of a safety-sensitive position.
