About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and adjusts individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, evaluates patient responses, and participates in professional development. Must work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
