Clinical Nurse - Acute Medicine (Night Shift)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Communicates effectively across the continuum of care to ensure continuity and quality of care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of an Associate's or Nursing Diploma with RN licensure.Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
