Acute Medicine Nurse (Night Shift)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient health. This safety-sensitive role requires alertness and safe operation at all times. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred with 2+ years of experience.No supervisory experience required.Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
