The role requires performing phlebotomy, troubleshooting instruments, and documenting results accurately. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in medical or biological sciences, a current state license (if applicable), and certification such as ASCP, AMT, or AAB. Strong computer skills, effective communication, analytical thinking, and good judgment are essential. Physical demands involve lifting, standing, and working with potentially hazardous materials, with accommodations available for those with disabilities. Must be adaptable to a flexible schedule, capable of traveling between facilities, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
