Clinical Medical Assistant

About the role

Minnesota Urology P.A. seeks a Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join a collaborative care team, supporting providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with clinical tasks and procedures
• Prepare patients for exams
• Perform basic clinical duties
• Oversee the busy lab schedule and utilize advanced phlebotomy skills
• Occasionally travel to satellite clinic locations
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients and care team members
• Answer, document, and respond to patient phone calls
• Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota

Pay

The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience.
