The Clinical Marketing Manager, Patient Monitoring is responsible for developing and executing clinical marketing strategies, educational programs, and customer engagement initiatives that drive adoption of Nihon Kohden’s patient monitoring, telemetry, centralized monitoring, and digital health solutions. This role serves as the clinical voice of the customer within the Patient Monitoring Business Unit, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development, Clinical Applications, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify customer needs, translate clinical insights into product capabilities and business opportunities, and support commercialization efforts. The Clinical Marketing Manager enhances Nihon Kohden's position as a trusted clinical partner by delivering education, generating clinical evidence, and developing programs that improve patient care and customer outcomes. In addition, this role provides clinical support and partnership to current and prospective NK customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and continuity. The Clinical Marketing Manager also serves as the clinical expert on all NK and competitive patient monitoring products and as well as complementary market players. This role will also serve as the clinical expert for product launches, marketing collateral, and complaint reviews. Essential Functions And Main Duties Develops and executes clinical marketing strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and educational programs that drive adoption and utilization of Nihon Kohden's patient monitoring, telemetry, centralized monitoring, and digital health solutions.Serves as the clinical voice of the customer by assessing customer needs, clinical workflows, market trends, and competitive offerings; translates clinical insights into product enhancements, value propositions, and business opportunities.Partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development, and Clinical Applications teams to support product commercialization, market adoption, and strategic business objectives.Provides clinical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including customer consultations, product demonstrations, clinical presentations, evaluations, and solution recommendations for prospective and existing customers.Serves as the subject matter expert on Nihon Kohden patient monitoring products, competitive technologies, and complementary solutions; maintains current knowledge of industry trends, clinical practices, and emerging technologies.Develops and delivers clinical education, training programs, presentations, webinars, and other educational resources to healthcare professionals, customers, and internal stakeholders to promote best practices and improved patient outcomes.Establishes and maintains relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical leaders, and industry partners to support clinical evidence generation, advisory activities, educational initiatives, and market awareness efforts.Supports the development and utilization of clinical evidence, case studies, publications, and customer outcome data to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Nihon Kohden solutions.Provides clinical leadership and support for product launches, including product positioning, messaging, training, customer-facing communications, and go-to-market activities.Reviews and validates marketing collateral, educational materials, product documentation, customer communications, and complaint investigations to ensure clinical accuracy, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Select, manage, develop, and hold accountable team members to meet department deliverables and responsibilities. Qualifications Education / Certification / Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related clinical discipline, Master’s degree preferred.Advanced clinical degree or relevant certifications preferred.7+ years of experience within the medical device market.5+ years of experience within the patient monitoring market.Experience engaging with hospital executives, nursing leadership, physicians, and healthcare systems.Demonstrated success developing educational programs, KOL adoption, and supporting customer-facing clinical initiatives.Strong understanding of acute care monitoring environments, including ICU, telemetry, ED, perioperative, and medical-surgical workflows.Experience developing clinical evidence and educational content.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, AI applications.Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills. Compensation The anticipated range for this position is $130,000 to $143,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location. Working Conditions Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion. Physical: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested. Travel: Approximately 50% to corporate office and/or customer sites.
