Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation

About the role

The Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation is responsible for conducting evidence-based ABA assessments to evaluate clients for autism services, both in person and via telehealth. They lead initial intake meetings, establish treatment goals with families, and transition clients to their treatment teams, monitoring service utilization during the early stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessments and prepare detailed reports
• Support clinical team training and review treatment progress and outcome data
• Assist in managing challenging cases to ensure positive outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an ABA-related field
• BCBA certification or clinical license
• At least 3–5 years of clinical supervision experience, preferably with clients with ASD or other special needs

Qualifications

• Highly organized and skilled communicator
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in diverse environments including homes, schools, and community settings

Physical requirements

• Light exertion and mobility necessary for client interactions
