Clinical Manager - Specialty

This role requires a skilled nurse with at least two years of nursing experience and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments. Key responsibilities include providing patient-centered care, demonstrating critical thinking, effective communication, and making decisive judgments with minimal supervision. Qualifications and certifications include department-specific credentials such as the ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration, ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for pediatric departments (excluding NICU). Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications if applicable. Skills required include critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
