Clinical Manager - Specialty

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care with critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment. The role requires the ability to work independently in a stressful environment and respond appropriately to diverse clinical situations. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of nursing experience. Department-specific credentials are essential, including ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration, ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialized areas, and PALS for pediatric units (excluding NICU). Fetal Monitoring certification through the National Credential Center or AWOHNN is required for L&D nurses. Newly licensed RNs have a six-month period to obtain these certifications. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient care, adhering to department protocols, and maintaining required credentials.Qualifications and skills include critical thinking, effective communication, ability to work independently, and relevant certifications.
