A skilled nurse with at least two years of experience to work in a dynamic healthcare environment requiring critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work under stress and take appropriate action in urgent situations

Requirements

• Department-specific credentials:
  • ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration
  • ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialized areas
  • PALS for pediatric care (excluding NICU)
  • Fetal Monitoring certification for L&D RNs
• Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications within six months
