Clinical Manager - Specialty

Role Overview: This position requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. The role involves providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care in various clinical areas, ensuring adherence to department-specific credentials and protocols. Administer chemotherapy, manage acute situations, and perform assessments, treatments, and patient education. Maintain compliance with certification requirements and stay current with mandatory education. Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required. Certifications include ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, ACLS (for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas), and PALS (for pediatric units except NICU). Fetal Monitoring certification is preferred for L&D nurses. Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain necessary certifications.
