Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Health

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support home health clinical staff
• Review documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance
• Monitor the quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coach clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensure agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
