Clinical Manager - RN

About the role

Our Clinical Manager oversees and coordinates the care provided to residents to ensure they feel safe and at home. The Clinical Manager also communicates with the therapy department and ensures the care plan is updated timely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the care provided to residents
• Manage the assigned team to excellence
• Coordinate the admission, care plan, and discharge process
• Communicate with the therapy department and ensure care plan updates

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Good managerial skills and aptitude
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or healthcare
