Overview
Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for their Pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role combines clinical experience with leadership practices to achieve excellent outcomes, focusing on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and great patient and team member experiences.

Reports to: Director- Clinical Operations Ambulatory Surgery Centers
Direct Reports: 50-55

Candidates for the Position
- Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Qualifications
- Strong preference for candidates with previous leadership and pediatric experience, as well as experience in the PACU space.
- Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
