About the role

Join a growing organization! Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System La Crosse Orthopedics leadership team is hiring for an individual to lead the La Crosse Orthopedic Surgery team. This Clinical Manager will provide operational leadership, support, and oversight to 25 direct reports, and oversee the financials as well as strategic priorities. In addition, this position works collaboratively with the Administrative Director of the Orthopedic Service Line to achieve department and unit strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a health-related field, along with 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
  • Ideal candidates will be flexible, adaptable, and have strong change management skills
  • Any license/certification as required for area of specialty
