Clinical Manager of Outpatient, ECMH, and Outreach Services
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our Outpatient, ECMH, and Outreach programs in an integrated school, home, and office setting.
About the role
The Clinical Manager implements evidence-based strategies to increase resiliency and strengthen social-emotional learning skills for students experiencing impairment in multiple areas. This position leads and implements prevention and outreach activities with school partners and other child-serving organizations, and manages relationships with families, school districts, and other child-servicing organizations.

Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based strategies in integrated school, home, and office settings.
- Lead and implement prevention and outreach activities with school partners and other child-serving organizations.
- Manage relationships with families, school districts, and other child-servicing organizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
- Active Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license.
- At least two years of experience as a Clinician, Social Worker, Therapist, or Counselor.
- Preferably two years as a Clinical Supervisor or Supervising Clinician.
- Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
