Clinical Manager Neonatal

Job Summary

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. The Manager assists the departmental leader in managing and directing activities for the provision of care and provides direct professional care to patients in his/her assigned area of responsibility ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, following established standards and practices. Supports the mission statement, policies and procedures of the Baptist Health System.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Three years in acute care

• Preferred Experience

• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse

• Preferred Certifications/Licensure
