Responsibilities
- Manage operational and clinical nursing leadership for inpatient departments
- Plan and organize nursing operations and resources for effective patient care delivery
- Establish compliance protocols aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Identify best practices and standardize departmental workflows
- Manage capital and operational budgets to meet financial targets
- Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration
- Resolve complex clinical and operational issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Master's degree in nursing or leadership
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience in NICU or equivalent
