Responsibilities

  • Manage operational and clinical nursing leadership for inpatient departments
  • Plan and organize nursing operations and resources for effective patient care delivery
  • Establish compliance protocols aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Identify best practices and standardize departmental workflows
  • Manage capital and operational budgets to meet financial targets
  • Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration
  • Resolve complex clinical and operational issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Master's degree in nursing or leadership
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience in NICU or equivalent
