About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with meal preparation and nutrition
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
• Manage medications and assist with administering them as prescribed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in their home environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving or healthcare-related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various home settings

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
