The Clinical Manager – Hospice supervises clinical staff providing care for high medical acuity or extended non-licensed support clients. They oversee staff orientation, ensure competence, and guarantee services meet licensing, medical standards, and policies. The role emphasizes innovative, compassionate homecare delivery, prioritizing clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical programs and support agency growth
• Act as a clinical expert and resource for staff
• Investigate and resolve client complaints
• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements
• Conduct home visits to assess care quality and compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance with licensing and medical standards
• Supervise clinical personnel and oversee case management
• Manage caseloads and ensure high-quality care delivery

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in the state of practice
• Active CPR certification

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of hospice RN experience.
