Clinical Manager, Home Health
About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager in their Cuyahoga Falls, OH office. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in Home Health and OASIS, including acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
- Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding areas
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of services
- Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field staff
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff
- Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RNP
- Prior Home Health and OASIS experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
