MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Myrtle Beach, SC Medicare Certified home health office. Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Myrtle Beach, SC
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
- Paid on call is required at least one weekend per month. It can be more frequent depending on needs of the office.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience required.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
