About the role
The Clinical Manager demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities. The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, and work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties requiring clinical competency and leadership
- Provide teaching and mentoring to staff
- Maintain infection control standards
- Collaborate with an interdependent multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Clear and active RN license
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Indiana
- One-year leadership experience required in an intra-operative setting
- General familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to anatomy and surgical procedures for an operating room
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of the position
Schedule
- Weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call
- Some later evenings required
